Whitney Bogard

Whitney Bogard, a senior, is an extremely talented student, who maintains top grades while participating in many extracurricular activities. She has been enrolled in Honors Classes since the 9th grade. Over the past four years, her academic achievement has earned her a spot on the Principal's List, the Distinguished Honor Roll and the Honor Roll. She willingly accepts challenges, maintains a positive attitude and pushes herself to succeed. She holds a 3.0 grade point average.

She is the president of the Art Club. In this role, she assists sponsors with all shows and contest preparations. Whitney is a leader and role model for her peers. She sets an example in the classroom by giving her best effort in all situations. As the band's saxophone section leader, she is responsible for ensuring that her section is ready for all performances.

She is an active member of the New Fellowship Baptist Church, where she participates in the choir. She also gets involved in many community service activities with the church. Whitney is a member of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) band. This band performs at various youth rallies and at the COGIC Convention each year.
