Quintin E. Primo III is Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Capri Capital Partners. As the co-founder of
Capri Capital, Mr. Primo oversees all business activities. He is a
member of the Investment Committee and has 28 years of real estate
experience including serving as Vice President for Citicorp's
Chicago lending team, completing over $2.5 billion in office,
retail, industrial, hotel and residential financings.
Mr. Primo has an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and
B.S. degree in Finance with Honors from Indiana University. Capri
was founded as a real estate investment firm in 1992, with
financial backing from the respected international property
consultancy, Chesterton International plc. The original firm,
Carter Primo Chesterton, L.P., was formed to capitalize on
investment opportunities that were being missed by the broader
institutional investor market. In December 1997, the financial
partner was bought out, and the firm's name was changed to Capri
Capital.
In 2000, Capri combined its institutional advisory business with
Chicago-based Capital Associates Group, a leading real estate
pension fund advisor then with over $1 billion in assets under
management. The merger was important in expanding Capri's pension
advisory activity and building the firm's capabilities in real
estate property acquisitions and joint venture equity investments.
Today, Capri Capital Partners acts as a leading real estate
investment management firm with distinct competence in multifamily,
industrial, commercial office and retail in major markets across
the United States.
