Ann Fudge

Ann M. Fudge is former Chairwoman and CEO of Young & Rubicam. Prior to joining Young & Rubicam, Ms. Fudge worked at General Mills and at General Foods, where she served in a number of positions including president of Kraft General Foods' Maxwell House Coffee Company and president of Kraft's Beverages, Desserts and Post Divisions.

She serves on the Board of Directors of General Electric, Honeywell International, Marriott International, and the Federal Reserve Board. Active in community and civic affairs, Ms. Fudge has won leadership awards from the Minneapolis and New York City YWCA's. She also received the 1998 Alumni Achievement Award from Harvard Business School, and the 2000 Achievement Award from the Executive Leadership Council. Ms. Fudge received a B.A. in management from Simmons College and an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business. Her husband, Richard, is an educational consultant; they have two grown sons, Richard, Jr. and Kevin, and three grandchildren.
